My experience with Nicholas Muktar and his company, Tera, has been nothing short of horrible.
The communication was severely lacking; there were no callbacks or follow-ups, leaving me feeling ignored and stranded in my dealings with the company.
Customer service was virtually non-existent. When I needed answers or support, there was no one to turn to, highlighting a significant deficiency in their operational ethos.
Moreover, the resources and services promised were nowhere to be found. It felt like the entire operation was designed more to extract money than to deliver on its commitments.
The ultimate reason for my complete withdrawal from any association with Tera was the disturbing revelation that Nicholas Muktar was selling child pornography to the police while simultaneously working with high school girls. This horrifying overlap of activities is not only ethically reprehensible but also a clear indicator of why no one should engage with this company or its founder.
In conclusion, my experience with Nicholas Muktar and Tera was profoundly negative, characterized by poor communication, absent customer service, lack of resources, and most alarmingly, involvement in morally and legally reprehensible activities. I urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
